We Intervene in times of Crisis; Advocate for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking and Network with community partners to empower victims to become survivors.

ICAN is the only Office of the Attorney General Certified Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Program with full time staff and Program Houses in Canadian & Grady Counties.

Doing What's Needed
One step toward ending domestic violence is understanding what it is. At ICAN!, our board and staff are committed to increasing public knowledge of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and dating violence within the ICAN service areas. ICAN!'s 2023-2024 educational offerings and efforts include:

During Awareness Months, distributing educational and informational materials about domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and dating violence, as well as, details about how to access services.
​
Making educational and informational presentations about domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and dating violence to community groups at churches, civic clubs, and community events throughout the year.
​
ICAN staff are involved in victim services collaborations with other service providers in the community.
​
Each ICAN! staff member completes a minimum of 20 hours of continued education training each year.
